- About 425g (15 oz) canned pumpkin pie puree
- three large eggs plus
- 1 extra egg yolk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Between five-eight 1ml drops of Getafix 1000mg CBD oil (1ml = 33mg of CBD)
Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- two tablespoons granulated sugar
Servings: 8-10
Baking Guidelines
- Preheat your oven to 180’C (350’F)
- Place pie crust into a 9-inch (22cm) pie pan, removing any excess dough as required. Pinch and crimp the edges together to make a nice pattern.
- Combine the black pepper, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg in a little bowl.
- In a separate, bigger bowl, combine your heavy cream and doses of CBD before whisking in the eggs. Mix in the pumpkin puree and then the dry components till nicely incorporated.
- Pour the pie filling into your crust. Line the outside of the crust with foil or parchment paper to keep away from burning (or use a nifty pie crust shield, if you have one particular).
- Bake for 50 minutes – 1 hour till the filling has set but still has a tiny jiggle in the center.
Whip it up, and Serve
Combine all the components for the whipped cream — i.e. the heavy whipping cream and sugar — in a big bowl with tall sides.
